Overview
If you do not see a Loyalty Card in your app, it means the program is not yet active for your account.
How activation works
- Random Assignment: Loyalty Cards are currently assigned to users at random.
- Not History-Based: Assignment is not based on how many orders you have placed in the past or how long you have had the app.
If the program becomes available for you, the card will appear automatically in your app. Our Support team cannot manually add a Loyalty Card to an account.
